Working for Your Best Interests
Contact Julie Henson, PLLC Today

Practicing in Oklahoma since 1995, I have always been dedicated to providing my clients with the personal service and one-on-one attention they deserve. At my Owasso law office, you will work directly with me. I make sure I am easy to reach so you will always be able to ask questions and address your concerns.

Family Law and Divorce

Divorce can be a time of renewal, but it can also be hard on your family. From the division or marital property to working out a fair child custody and support plan, I will help you minimize the acrimony and work toward a divorce settlement agreement. Whether an agreement is reached through negotiation or in court, it is my goal to protect your rights and guard your interests in any family law case involving:

  • Marital property division, including pensions and benefits
  • Child custody and visitation
  • Child support
  • Spousal support ("alimony")
  • Establishing legal paternity and parental rights
  • Modification of family court orders for child custody, visitation, or child support
  • Grandparent and step-parent adoption

Juvenile Law

If your son or daughter has been charged with a juvenile crime in Oklahoma, you hope to resolve the issue in a way that will help your child overcome the problems that led to the arrest and move forward in a more constructive way. I will work to minimize the punitive impact of your child's arrest and advocate for interventions that will assist rather than punish your child. I handle a variety of "deprived and delinquent" and "child in need of supervision" cases, representing the minor child or the parent, as necessary.

Criminal Defense

As a former assistant public defender in Oklahoma County as well as a former assistant district attorney for Logan County, I am an experienced and committed criminal defense lawyer. I represent people charged with municipal, misdemeanor or felony charges in both municipal and district courts throughout Green Country.

Personal Injury Claims

If you have been injured in a car, truck or motorcycle accident that was someone else's fault, you have the right to seek compensation for your medical expenses, lost wages and other losses.
